The credit card operated laundry a few steps from your oceanview suite. Turn right as you exit your suite. Go past the elevators and on your left you'll see a sign that says "Laundry" (see photo)

The laundry takes credit cards. Each floor has a laundry. If the laundry machines located on your floor is in use, you could try the laundry on another floor.
Laundry Detergent
There is a machine which sells mini packs of laundry detergent and softeners.
